March 14, 20242 yr Author Here’s an update on the bricked SS: It appears that it was fixed and shipped, but to a different customer, not to me. The company provided me with the details of the person who received my inverter and even sent me pictures of it. Additionally, the mounting brackets are severely bent.

That is unconscionable if I am correct. And to compound that, they then return it to the wrong customer (or perhaps the recipient of a free inverter, who knows!) You really need to escalate your experience to the highest levels in Sunsynk, not that it appears they take their after-sales support that seriously, and demand a satisfactory explanation and even compensation.
