Hi how did you go about contacting DEYE to do this update

For me the 1.46 & 2.05 have been the most stable firmware updates First hubble AM-2 from September 2021 running 1.46 Then AM-2 from April 2022 running 2.05 After each loadshedding or usage it reverts back to 53.6

Send me a PM then i will send you all the versions they have also sent me the latest one today V1.50 V2.5 v4.5 You also upgrade them in that order depending on the battery you have got But i have also got the V1.46 V2.05

These are the two versions they gave me last year I have so far been fine with my two batteries but yeah they such a bad company in terms of how they handle things. Also wont sell them anymore to clients. What is the latest firmware people are running now ? What the cells look like under loadshedding right now

Glad to see a few other people are also having issues with them and agreeing that they useless just go with Sunsynk batteries they totally worth the spend otherwise Fredomwon is the alternative these days

That is just crazy but yeah i have given them the Finger for other reasons. Moved all my new installs over to the SunSynk battery Price of the cloudlink is also crazy just to fix this issue with their own product

Has Hubble confirmed it themselves that they are in the process of fixing it, I’m currently on the latest firmware from Sunsynk and so far it’s all good. Factory reset the inverter maybe ?

Yeah and now Hubble is only allowing a minimum order quantity of 5 it’s crazy most installs are 1-2 on average

reported this to solar assistant myself and they asked for this feed lets see if it can be fixed

Got a East & West String 7 pannels on each side of 455W Ja Solar 21.5Kw a day now. The West string is weaker though 24' Angle East being the one close to 7.73

Yeah updated the firmware on the batteries one seems to be happy the other it's voltage reading is just about correct when I use PBMS but I think it needs a discharge and charge up. Not living in the house yet so power usage is at 50w or something

What settings did you use then ?

On the PBMS software it shows the new battery as 100ah But the September one as 105ah Just a FYI

I bought my first battery in sepetermebt last year only installed it last week it took v 2.05 Then got the new battery on Tuesday this past week it didn't take 2.05 gave a bin error it took the 1.46 I tried the 2.05 first on the newest battery it failed The battery from September failed on 1.46 but worked on 2.05

So i just got a brand new battery this past week Tuesday and then the 1.46 firmware worked on it

Can you post a link for the software and any steps etc what cable you used to connect to it

For the Sunsynk logger how do you upgrade its firmware
