Dyness DL5.0C compatibility with Dyness BX51100 batteries
Hello Derick I have not bought DL 5 and LV link. I'm only concern is about the Solar Assistant software system if it able to see all the batteries both master to slaves using LV link device. What monitoring system and inverters are you using? I would like to hear from you how you got this far anyone in this forum. Here is the video link below:

Mr
Hi MR RM My setups are Infini 5kv hybrid Inverter, Dyness BX51100 batteries and Solar-Assistant monitoring software. I'm also on the same boat as you. I want to buy 2x Dyness BX51100 batteries for my existing batteries yet sadly Dyness don't make that model anymore. I don't have Dyness DL5.0C batteries. I want to know from your experiences. Are the Dyness DL5.0C batteries dismissions are the same Dyness BX51100 batteries? If you daisy chain from master Dyness DL5.0C to BX51100 slave (without the hub) what kind of behavior are they acting? I was been told by my supplier to go and buy Dyness LV-Link A – Battery Communication Hub to accommodate the old existing batteries yet I refuse because Solar-Assistant monitoring software cant handle it.

CBI Astute Smart Power Indicator unit
Greetings to you all I'm interested to install CBI Astute Smart Power Indicator for my house. Here is the link below of the product: https://cbi-lowvoltage.co.za/aspi My main goal is CBI app to notified me from my smart phone when the grid is off so that I don't have to keep checking manually on Solar-Assistant monitoring system. I watched this video from youtube and to be honest I'm really confused. I'm confused on CBI Astute Smart Power Indicator unit as does it have ability to control a switch itself? I know CBI Astute Smart Controller unit have timer and controller itself but I not sure for CBI Astute Smart Power Indicator. I would like to know if anyone on this powerforum have ever installed this CBI Astute Smart Power Indicator unit and how did it go and what's is the installation look like on distribution board? Thanks

RCT InfiniSolar V2/Vii 5kw-48V failure
Can you provide the pictures of the setups and I cant speak on those FLA batteries as I don't use it. Pylontech/Dyness or any lithium batteries is the way to go. Yes it was expensive yet with no on going load sheddings, these lithium batteries prices gone down a lot. I have been digging around and cant find it but will looking. Whose your supplier that you bought the inverters from? How much lowest cost are we talking about? If you can show the settings on SolarAssistant You are lucky. I'm running 52.32 and it works fine with no power trip. If that is what firmware caused the problem but cant rule that out.

Dyness DL5.0C compatibility with Dyness BX51100 batteries
Hi My setups are: I have 2x Dyness BX51100 batteries, using Solar Assistant software to monitor the batteries usage etc and lastly using 2x Infini Inverters 5KVA. My goal is I want to expand more batteries using Dyness brand only. I see the new Dyness DL5.0C batteries (still the same looks but more capacity or better) that are selling but the solar shops/suppliers don't sell Dyness BX51100 batteries anymore. My question is can a new Dyness DL5.0C battery able to work with existing Dyness BX51100 batteries (stack together as parallel)?

- ICM Software setup
Hi GrahamICo I used ICM for 3 months and the setups experiences went bad due to not able to pick up the inverters properly. I must say I have little knowledge on ICM setups What is your ICM version number (Dashboard 1)? Have you checked the inverter settings to select Battery Type "User"? That ICC software no longer supports due to end of life.- Selling 6 x Pylontech US3000C
I may be interested of buying yet I would need to know SOH per battery, number of cycles per battery and images of the setups. Does it have battery cabinet?- ICM including pi
Are you looking to buy ICM? I got Raspberry Pi 4 with installation image and license key. Plz feel free to DM me. I have no use of ICM.- Hithium cells
Whats your ICM version number?- ICC Software Monitoring - are they still in business?
Bad translation we get that. "FRANKM annonce que MANIE aurait eu une dispute." Allow me to respond that. I had no disputed with Manie on personal level via email. I phoned SMH about their software showed on ICC website. SMH said to me verbally that they were working for Manie during their heated arguments, fights broke out OR there were law suits. The one who announced about Manie was Riaan. Riaan from Diversified Solutions was the closest person to Manie. Look at his profile below and you will see his last post. https://powerforum.co.za/profile/1629-riaanh/- ICC Software Monitoring - are they still in business?
Hi Im not sure what you mean " aurait une autre version du silence. " Are you referring to another version of ICC or ICM or another Solar monitoring software? Firstly I can only share what I've been experienced with. Riaan from Diversified Solutions who supplied PI 4 with ICC to me, he said from beginning 2024 that ICC would not getting any supports which came to end of life. ICC version 6.0 was the last one on Raspbian OS Buster (very old OS). The ICC running on Raspbian Buster was fine until Start button greyed out. Like I said from previous post on 2 Oct 2024 I moved to ICM using my existing PI 4 (it needs to match ICC-PI ID) with upgraded key and it was working fine until I didn't like the setups to use USB hub to connect to all number of inverters (ICC only 1 cable to use but ICM use lots of USB cables to plug number of inverters). It gave me a huge headache to restart PI 4 to get the values display correctly multiple times. I still have Raspberry Pi 4 with ICM unit with me including the upgraded key codes until 07/05/2031. At the moment it is not in use as production so I store it away in the draw and use other devices. Perhaps Ill throw the whole unit away in few months time, I have no further use of it as it sits there collecting dusts or not doing anything at all. I have already moved on to new device and monitoring system with best setups that was very easy. For those ICC users out there still want to keep using that monitoring software and already made image backups to use on existing PIs, I strongly recommend not to plug a network cable into the PI. If user want to use RealVNC Viewer from their smart devices to monitor their batteries etc, that will not work as it will grey out Start button. If that's not a case then unfortunately they planted scripts into the inverters (that's my own view and already happened to me few times want to use ICC ☹️) not to make ICC working. Clean Firmware file to inverters as update (upgrade/downgrade) not sure will that work or make any differences. I want to make it very clear and place it on the record. I don't work for ICC/ICM. I used their software since 2020. There were not much interactions with Riaan and Manie than just technical issue of inverter & battery settings to deal with via email. Sorry to hear about Manie.- ICC-Solar
