My base load is slightly lower than yours ± 800w. With our short days and long winter nights you need a lot of juice to get to sunrise without dipping in Eksdom. Max will be 2 more of the same panel in 2 strings of 6 each. The 12 x 550 will put you just over the 6500w max, but the excess will just be clipped by the inverter. Voc will not be a problem with 2 strings of 6 each.
