May 27, 20242 yr Author Aaaaand, one more question I wont be splitting essential and non essential loads. The inverter will only be used for essential loads (Sunsynk). Max load will be 2kW, but only for a short while and usually 500w and sometimes even less. I have a conlog prepaid meter. If the CT is installed between the prepaid meter and the main breaker, will this be ok? Heard that sometimes the prepaid meter trips if a little bit of current goes back to the grid.
May 28, 20242 yr Hello if the inverter is configured correctly and installed correctly the meter will not roll back or trip On 2024/05/27 at 5:47 AM, Warlok said: https://powerforum-store.co.za/collections/inverters/products/sunsynk-5kw-1p-hybrid-pv-inverter-48v One last question. May 29, 20242 yr Author I have a 30a breaker with 4mm wire L+N and earth running from my main db to a sub db. Coming from the axpert inverter, I connected the old inverter between the main db and the sub db. The the sub db's work is to power all my loads I wish to put on it. (Not exceeding 2kW) Can I connect the Sunsynk the same? And can I put the CT coil between the main and sub db? And one more thing. The earth neutral bond in the drawing. What sould I do.? Just connect all normally or bond it?
