  1. Were you ever able to get this 5kW Hybrid model solar firmware? I am looking for the same too.
  2. Were you able to fix it? I am facing same problem with a six year old 10kW inverter that is giving Error 01. Even after replacing main board, DC-DC board and control board, it isn't getting resolved. If any suggestions on how to repair, please let me know.
  3. Did you ever find out what is Error 50 in this inverter and how did you resolve it?
  4. Open the front cover and move the LCD cable away from coils. Use cable tie if needed. Typically LCD showing gibberish data is because of noise in the cable that is going from control card to LCD. This is due to proximity to the coil.
  5. Hello everyone, I have Axpert VM II 5kVA-48V that gives 230V output when 500W load is given just on battery power. If I increase load to 800W, output voltage drops to 218V. If I increase the load further to 1.2kW, output voltage drops down to 204V. I have checked main board for components related to this but didn't find any abnormal values. I also checked with spare control card and it did the same. It seems the issue is on main board and not on control card. Any suggestions what to check to resolve this issue?
  6. As per my experience, here are the models that have solar & utility sharing capability: Axpert VM II, VM III, King and of course the hybrids like InfiniSolar V, VII and InfiniSolar models. Axpert MKS II doesn't have sharing at least in battery mode (I never tested it without batteries). It would have been really great for Axpert MKS II to also have this feature but it doesn't seem to exist. Secondly, all the high solar voltage models seem to need at least 180-200VDC from solar for proper functioning. So I wouldn't suggest connecting these inverter with less than 6 solar panels of 72 cell for proper functioning of solar controller.
  7. The firmware upgrade is actually for GPRS/WIFI firmware and not the inverter firmware.
  8. Yes!
  9. Thanks everyone for help. We were finally able to resolve the issue. It was found that one of the cable connecting internally to parallel card had two wires not showing continuity. Once that cable was fixed, it worked fine in parallel.
  10. Thanks Columb for checking the firmware. In our case, error comes without any load. Basically, 2x10kw are installed in completely offgrid location. We startup inverters independently, they work fine. Then we set them up in parallel with common ac output cables and start only on battery. Each shows HS/SL and then one of them shows error 60. We have verified that phase sequence is correct in both inverters and also verified current sharing cables are proper but unable to resolve the issue. Any other suggestions?
  11. Hi Fazil, Were you able to solve the fault 60? We are installing two new 10kw in offgrid application and getting error 60 on any.one inverter. Let me know what worked for you.
  12. Yes, it will share loads between grid and solar even if you have net metering disabled assuming 01 is set to SUB. My power management is not available for V series.
  13. No easy way to distinguish. It is best to check with the seller before you buy. Yes, I think that is the case.
  14. Infini V and Axpert use different protocols. There are SNMP web box that are designed for only Axpert and those that can work with both Infini V and Axpert.
  15. flltech replied to jaber's topic in Inverters
I will PM you the files as you would not have download access on the forum.
  16. Yes this is the one I tried but after upgrade now it shows battery voltage as 50V when really battery voltage is 25V. Further as soon as I connect solar, it shows 12 error.
  17. I am looking for a firmware for Axpert MKS PLUS 3KVA 24V if anyone has that available. I downloaded from link below but after update it shows battery voltage as 50V. http://www.ostrovni-elektrarny.cz/index.php?page=podpora Hoping someone can help me here.
  18. What was the load at that time?
  19. Hello 9xsolar, I am surprised that you didn't get support from Flin as typically they are known to provide good support. I am connected with people at Flin Energy. Can you send by PM your name and serial number of inverter? I will forward the info and get someone from their side to contact you. fyi, your battery cables seem to be too thin to carry up to 100 Amps current. You are likely having good amounnt of losses with those cables.
  20. Ok design looks like an MPPT model. So no worries there. The only difference I can point out right now is all the screws look different than those in other inverters I have seen. I think best to wait till your supplier gets back to you.
  21. Here is sample sticker of 5kVA MPPT 80A model. Even the AC input/output currents do not match. Either it is highly customzied model or it is not form Voltronic.
  22. Interestingly one of the system that I saw today for repairs has the U1 firmware as 32.40 but that is the PWM model - Axpert KS 5kVA-48V. Since you have no "manufacturer date" sticker on any of the screws, you could remove the front cover carefully and click a photo and send it here. We can confirm whether that is PWM or MPPT model. Other possibility I see is that it is not a real Voltronic product and probably one of the copied inverters.
  23. Praveen, I do not think there is an easy document that gives commands for USB. All protocol documents I have seen for Voltronic inverters are for communication over serial cable. Following thread may be useful for you to understand communication over USB. Have a look and hopefully you will be ready to share code regarding USB communication with these inverters.
  24. You may have power saving mode enabled. Check if setting 04 has SDS or SEN. SDS stands for power saving disabled and SEN stands for power saving enabled. You should have it on SDS.
  25. Were you able to fix your problem? Attached is service manual for this model. Hope it can be helpful. ALFA 2K& 3K series service manual.pdf
