Thanks, I set it to 0W. Difficult so see the exact difference as I am using an Efergy energy meter to meausre it, might be slightly lower but still around 0.8kW drawn. As soon as I switch the grid feed to inverter off, the stray grid power usage disappears. What is interesting, is that the inverter does not show this as part of the Grid usage. Extra info and explanation: This morning I captured the prepaid meter reading and waited around 2 hours. During this time the Efergy meter showed around 0.8kW. After two hours the prepaid meter reading did not change. This means that the power seen by the Efergy is not "real" power (but rather reactive power). Sunsynk using small amount of Grid power
I have a new installation with 8kW Sunsynk inverter. Like @Pramod, we also have 0.8kWh constantly drawn form the grid. Already set to Zero Export with Limit to Load Only and Grid Trickle feed set to 20W. If I switch the grid feed to inverter off, everything is working fine, but I prefer to keep the grid connected to top-up batteries before load shedding if required. Any input on what else can I set / check to remove the 0.8kWh constantly drawn?

DIY 280Ah Battery for IMEON 3.6 Inverter with Seplos BMS
I built a 10kWh DIY battery in December 2021 with locally bought 100Ah cells together with a JBD BMS (250mA balancing), compression rods and wooden box. I have SMA Sunny Island (2013 model) inverter and did not need comms between inverter and BMS as I am used to using voltage settings. Up to now the cell imbalance was never more than 40mV and usually below 15mV. I used the Bluetooth App of BMS to monitor the cells as and when required. After this positive DIY experience, I bought EVE LF280K cells via Alibaba and also some Seplos Mason 280 DIY boxes. I installed my first box a month ago and up to now found the cell balancing very good (below 10mV imbalance). Planning on building a few more. I posted some pictures and also modifications here of my first Mason 280 DIY battery build. I was so impressed with the Seplos BMS, that I upgraded the first DIY battery to use the same BMS. See attached photos. My son is busy designing enclosure to 3D print for the BMS together with the LCD.

The issue is not that the inverter does not switch back to utility, but rather that the battery is only charging at the small current of 1.5A and also only to 49.1V and not to around 54V.

System Summary: Growatt SPF 5000 ES inverter. Hubble AM-2 battery. No solar panels. Using CAN comms between Growatt and battery. I have a similar problem but a bit different. Battery stays at around 49.1V and SOC on inverter shows 52%. Inverter only charging at around 1.5A (set to charge at 30A from grid and combined solar and 60A. Setting 1 UTL Setting 14 CSO (tried SNU as well) Did complete restart of inverter after disconnecting battery as well. No change. Any insights would be appreciated?

Sunsynk 16kW on a 60A feed
On a side note, much of the generated power may only end up at the DC side to charge the batteries for use during night time or loadshedding. This means that a bigger inverter is required for generation even though only 60A will be uitlised on the AC side...
