Maybe their website leaves a little to be desired, and they may be a small “Mickey Mouse” company but they are legit. I bought a stack of lithium batteries from them (notice my signature) I thought I would just offer a suggestion, as helpful forum members do…
April 4, 20224 yr Author So I finally went ahead and bought 3 x Pylontech US3000C's. (Will buy one more later.) Now for the setup... Anyone to advise me? I have installed the 3 batteries into a server cabinet. Daisy chained the earth together that runs to an earth spike. Ran the three positives of the batteries together and the three negatives together. Positive from the top battery (master) and negative from the bottom battery runs through a 160 Amp fuse into my 8 Kw deye inverter. Master battery, the pin 2 is up and on all the other batteries all pins are down. Ran the supplied cat 5 cable that comes with the batteries from the bottom slave battery Link port 0 to the second slave battery to link port 1. From the second slave battery link port 0 to master link port 1. Ran the yellow CAT 5 cable that came with the inverter from A/CAN on the master battery to the CAN port on the inverter. Missing anything? On the inverter. Anyone who can assist me with the proper setup for the batteries?

Because when you're new to the market you don't know what's quality and what's not. If I knew 3 years ago what I know now I would not have bought the system that I did buy. Also there is good stuff around the corner that you don't know about because nobody knows about it because it's not here yet. Look how everybody loves Sunsynk now, but it was seldom mentioned when I joined here, and it wasn't an option I was presented with. So @Slaki is doing the cleverest thing a newcomer can do and is asking for recommendations.

AFAIK you dont have to change any of the pins so all should be down. link port 0 is open on the master thats the most important part. Then for three of them you set the capacity to 222Ah on the inverter and 111(37x3) Amp for charging and discharging.

Using around 800Kw a month, so I have settled for the following: 8Kw Deye inverter 14 x 660W Candian solar When it comes to battery supply, I am not sure which route to go for. Looking for a 10Kw system, but not sure which one to look at. Budget +- R60k. Ones I have looked at so far: Dyness Powerbox 9.6kWh Freedom Won Lite Home 10/8 LiFePO4 Battery REVOV 2LiFE R9 10.2kHw REVOV LiFE C8 11.2kWh Could I ask for some input from your side? Also consider 5.5 kWh AM-2 from Hubble Lithium.
