Jaco De Jongh
From your own setup. 1. What is your max AC demand (A) on your inverter circuit. 2. What is the max AC demand (A) at your grid connection. 3. What is the max DC demand from the batterys 4. What is the max charging current you allow from each inverter. 5. What is your total amps on your PV side. 6. If you feed back to grid, What is the max (A or Watts) you export. I am trying to get info for a little project i am busy with and need some figures to play with.

What is your max AC demand (A) on your inverter circuit. 20A, maybe 25A. 1 hour ago, Jaco de Jongh said: 2. What is the max AC demand (A) at your grid connection. In winter we sometimes (though very rarely) overload it in the evenings, so 60A. 2 hours ago, Jaco de Jongh said: 3. What is the max DC demand from the batteries 100A (but that is at 24V). 2 hours ago, Jaco de Jongh said: 4. What is the max charging current you allow from each inverter. LFP, so I allow the full capability of the charger: 70A. 2 hours ago, Jaco de Jongh said: 5. What is your total amps on your PV side. Around 70A after the MPPTs, at 24V (or more like 26V most of the time). More like 30A before the MPPTs. 2 hours ago, Jaco de Jongh said: 6. 0 seant
20A inverter supply 60A Eskom supply breaker use max 40A 50A DC battery demand 0 charge from inverter 50A PV max current 0A export Kwh used last month 146Kwh ( I figured that would also be useful) Jaco De Jongh

0 pilotfish
1. What is your max AC demand (A) on your inverter circuit. - 36 amps/2 (18 amps per inverter) 2. What is the max AC demand (A) at your grid connection. - seldom exceeds 50 amps (in Winter) 3. What is the max DC demand from the batterys - never exceeds 166amps (4kW per inverter) 4. What is the max charging current you allow from each inverter. - 40amps each (80a total) 5. What is your total amps on your PV side. - 40amps per inverter (midday spring) 6. If you feed back to grid, What is the max (A or Watts) you export. - I don't October kWh - total consumption 909 / Grid consumption 143 / PV production 882 Edited November 9, 2018 by pilotfish Jaco De Jongh
