Synsynk Datalogger not connected. Shows "Not Found" on 10.10.10.1

Featured Replies

My datalogger has been disconnected for the past two days. When trying to connect to it via WIFI on the EAP SSID at 10.10.10.1 I only get the text "Not Found". I unplugged the datalogger as well. Red and green lights flashing.

Any recommendations?

don't you have to join and connect to the dataloggers WiFi network, in order to be able to set it up/access it initially?

Yes I did join the EAP WiFi from 3 diffrent devices without luck. Get the same message.

I can't recall, but if you are getting an IP address when joining the WiFi AP of the datalogger, it should give you its IP address as your default GW and it may not be 10.10.10.1, but maybe even 10.10.10.10... just check this out, if you can join the network, I'd assume the dongle is functional... but obviously the device/machine joining the WiFi network is the one that you have to check on the IP address and gateway for the WiFi interface and also the one you have to run the web browser on to configure the datalogger...

Try Disable mobile data so phone stays on the logger WiFi.

If that's already done :

Try these pages instead:

http://10.10.10.1/config.html

http://10.10.10.1/goform/config

If no luck, hard reset by holding down RESET button for 10–15s while connected to inverter, and try again.

Lastly, try another Sunsynk logger in your inverter and see if the issue persists, these loggers do fail at times, RMA it

Wheres the reset button? Dumb question

Not dumb if you don't know 😁

On your inverter, click on the small "gear" icon top right of screen, then click on "Basic", then click on the "Reset" tab, then select the type of reset you want to do (probably "Factory Reset"). Make sure to then click "OK", else the command will not be executed.

Corrected position of "gear" - it's top RIGHT...

The data logger?

I don't understand your question... Go to your physical inverter, hanging off a wall somewhere. Use the little screen on the inverter itself, not a data logger or app, and follow the above suggestions.

Regarding my previous message - that is to find the "reset button", as per your second last post request.

As for the data logger that's apparently disconnected - I have no clue, sorry. Hopefully a younger "digitally enabled" person can help...

I’ve had much better long-term success using the Sunsynk SUN-LOGGER-W+E. It supports both WiFi and Ethernet, but the key is to use it on LAN. Since switching to Ethernet, I’ve had stable, continuous connection no random dropouts and proper recovery after power failures.

Install the logger and connect via Ethernet (RJ45) let it get an IP via DHCP bind it to the plant on the Sunsynk portal. Avoid using WiFi unless absolutely necessary

In my experience, this model is significantly more reliable than the standard WiFi dongles. It enables real-time tracking, remote inverter parameter adjustment, and software updates.
