Does your Sunpolo have a Lithium mode under Program 05? (The 5kw models don't afaik) I ask because the Manual I find only specifies AGM/Flooded and User-defined which would make comms likely redundant Or do you have the newer 6/8Kw model?

You might have a "fake" cable and need to install a driver manually (the newer drivers have some fake-detection to prevent use)
