  1. How are people not googling these people and still getting conned?
  2. How magnetic is his "magnetic" Like there are lots of things that will take an induced field (and appear at least slightly magnetic) but not heat up because there isn't enough resistive material (like Iron)
  3. On a related note, because the Pi doesn't have a traditional BIOS unless the memory card works(ish) there wouldn't be display either
  4. MultiSIBControl is a free windows tool that should connect to anything Watchpower can
  5. Yeah meant that as statement! Odd little autocorrect there
  6. Odd,might be lurking without logging in,email entry matched the username?
  7. Looks like you have a weak cell or another critical fault since the voltage doesn't correlate with the SOC cascade
  8. Post the Battery Voltage graph for the time
  9. Alright,if Aux you do need to enable the Gen Charge yes You also need to set the System Mode (Time of Use) to use the Generator and limit it to X watts ( 75% of Generator max),this should feed your load and charge your batteries And make sure Aux is on Gen Input https://www.manualslib.com/manual/2057769/Sunsynk-Hybrid-Parity.html?page=46 (Also confirm the SOC on/off Voltages are set to the range you want the generator to be charging them at as it will override anything else) (Also limit the Batt Charge to a sensible Max amps your generator could generate)
  10. Depends on the connectivity,is the generator wired in to Aux or a Changeover and thus through your inverter's Grid input (as if it's Grid)?
  11. Steve's company is Loadfed, might be doing an IFrame + banner replacement or a whitelabel
  12. Oh riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight That's why my DSTV decoders,PC Power supplies,Audio Amplifier and CCTV system handles a 10ms changeover fine but 20ms causes reboots Because reasons Next excuse!
  13. Observable is a strong word I rate, many device power supplies find the difference between 10ms and 20ms changeover to basically be a lifetime
  14. 450kwh? About 1 second😆
  15. I wonder if the Full Circle is a Fake Axpert,or Axpert-like clone rather, some chinese units do a pretty bad job of duplicating the software. Did you test configuring the unit with Watchpower?
  16. Awesome! Premium kit from one of the best Solar suppliers in SA Can't complain about that
  17. Some clonexperts are sticky with changes ie they need to be done in an order, that sounds more like an inverter issue SA sends the command, whether the inverter listens to the standard command and does it - that's a different question
  18. Think of it like a Pen-pal mail system You use the Sub command to subscribe to messages You use the Pub command to send messages The format is specific to the inverter, you can practice sending the commands via Pub to solar-assistant and see it apply to the inverter. Then it's a case of having HA send the command when the relevant conditions are met
  19. Let me ask why are you trying to "trickle" your solar charge? To prevent your batteries sitting at 100%?
  20. Oof That's a money laundering(mule) scheme,unfortunate
  21. Update to this,my yearly went up by 600,and they asked for the COC on adding it to cover
  22. I would have a call logged with Sunsynk, they've been able to solve for software issues in the past. As you say it is sending spurious signals
  23. The latter, time of use is more to enable specific charging source and *priority* of source
  24. I can't comment from a reason perspective, but from alternate solutions you could look at having a NC powered relay connected to Eskom power to prevent signal from the Inverter unless power is actually off
  25. Nice, welcome! Plans for panels? Got a breakdown on costs for others to compare?
