Are you using a custom "app password" or just your Gmail password you sign in with? If the app (ie ICC) doesn't support "Modern Authentication" then your normal password won't work as mentioned above

There's a % loss between Load vs Inverter AC (for most people that's about 10% of their normal grid usage),but the screenshot shows your big issue. Charging to 100% after loadsheds,that battery charge has its own loss,and usage from battery to AC is also lossy. So you're compounding 10%-20% losses everywhere Most people avoid that by using Solar-charge only for instance so as to avoid AC charging and all it's losses (if your panels can cover your base load and charging of course)

Are you confusing multiple inputs and multiple phases possibly? Or is the Main DB 3 phase and has 3 phases into your Sub DB?

No,you can't switch and combine phases like that Why do you have such low amperage phases? This makes zero sense

Your batteries can generally provide as much power as they have,whether you use it in an hour or a night. Settings changes won't really "fix" that Are they getting fully charged? How many discharge cycles have they had? Their dept-of-discharge? Very easy to damage them. Could also be 1 (or more) bad batteries in the pack - your bank is as strong as the weakest battery
