I am afraid things dont look good for you. To have that volt drop (Sagging) with low loads like that and looking at the little bit more than 2 hours it takes for Example B to go from low alarm (Under Voltage) to full, your batteries might be damaged. I assume there is no battery monitors on either of these systems?
Do you have any data for the time when the voltage really  starts to drop away, What was the real current draw at that time? Can you maybe post that as well?
Just maybe you are lucky and its a nice big load creating the voltage to drop to the Cut off voltage. Look at example B, the moment it switches off the voltage goes straight back up to over 24.  
EDIT: For example A, do you have current readings from 16H20 - 15H00 and for example B, current readings from 17H20 to 18H00? Please.

Ok, people, my vote is for no registration or licensing required, unless you feed into the grid, if all you are doing is supplementing commercial power with your own, or even run off the grid, it should have no requirements.
As for being a producer of power... the problem is, that if you need to feed into the grid, the line voltage will rise and this, if everyone in your neighbourhood wants to do this, can end up with 300V on a 220V circuit, which some equipment may not be all that happy with, then a cloud comes over/the wind stops and all the power being produced disappears and the utility is up the creek and the 300V turns into 180V as all the consumers pull instead of push power... it is not as simple as some may try and make it sound, that we are being ripped off by Eskom and the grid tied municipalities goes without saying, but since they have run the infrastructure into bad shape & all, it probably is best to consider doing them the favour of lightening the load and disconnecting from the grid. At least until such time as they get their issues sorted and produce reliable power at a more reasonable rate and don't charge for everything else that is really included in the energy charge, separately, but is a great way of adding more fees and make it sound no too unreasonable.

Yes, you are.
Firstly, I'm no leftist libertarian, and I am not going to apologise for it, or for thinking the way that I do.
In my own case, I have, at my own expense, and using my own (after taxation) money, purchased, installed and paid VAT on infrastructure that will relieve Eskom from their mandate (and until recently monopoly as a sole supplier) to supplying the daily 10kWh that it used to supply me with, sporadically and whenever whenever they felt like it. Their power supply was so erratic and unreliable and I wasn't able to generate any form of reliable income stream working from home. Their inability to fulfill their legislative mandate, I might add, is no fault of my own.
The outcome is that as of today, I am able to provide a far more reliable power supply than Eskom, and I do it both day AND night, so Eskom's argument that I am "...forcing them to ramp up power at a faster rate at night" is total rubbish at best and completely economical with the truth .  
The truth is exactly the other way around. It is because of their inability (for whatever reasons, there are many which I will not go into here) to run a decent utility, (which BTW was at one stage considered the most efficient in the world, notwithstanding the fact that they had a monopoly on supply), that I have had to dig into my own pocket to provide energy for myself. I have incurred personal capital expenditure, and I am faced with current and future maintenance costs for infrastructure which I have, at my own volition, installed in order to meet my needs (to be a productive citizen!?).
I am the one taking the risk of a long-term investment (15+ years just to break even) in something that I doubt that I will ever see a return on. In doing so, however, I have relieved them of their duty to supply my home with that 10kWh per day, which, due to their (self-inflicted) shortage, they can distribute and supply to the many in need. For that, I think that at the very least, I (and all the other home solar power users) actually deserve a big "thank you". In fact, Eskom should actually go on its hands and knees to thank home and business solar power owners, for their fortitude, their investment, their long-term commitment to this country, and their ability and bravery to get involved in something which is not their core competency, and which actually helps Eskom deliver (whatever) service (is left) to those less fortunate.
Instead, Eskom decides that we are the enemy, and punishes us with additional taxation An interesting strategy 😆

Unavoidable really. I've had this discussion with a family member. Lots of people grew more inward oriented over the last decade or so, where at first they wanted to help everyone they gradually changed tact to "my family and my own people first". And this is somewhat understandable. I think us people living on the Western side of the country don't feel it the same way the guys in the east do. There is certainly a movement that says: If nobody is looking after us... then we look after ourselves, often to the exclusion of others.

Sorry. I am getting irritated. Right now what I actually want is a slightly shady engineer who will play CoCT's game. I don't really mean that... but I do feel it.

We still only have the draft - just had a closer look at the SABS store. This has not yet been released so 2017 is still active (sadly).
Only 10142-1-1:2018  and 10142-2:2018 are available at this stage and that does not help us.
Quite frankly - I am of the opinion COCT should "stop the lorry" until proper regulations are in place. They are jumping the gun with incomplete and incompatible regulations and adhoc rules (we call them tea-time rules in aviation - much favored by our local CAA that tends to make up rules as they go along).  

So as I mentioned before, after many many hours of constant full-power work, the plugs at the bottom started to foul up and make that arcing noise and the lights in the house would flicker. It might also have something to do with the stiff Surfix wire that was wired to them that might have caused it to pull slightly to one side. So while a disassembled Multiplus is not something you see every day, I took a few pictures.
Control board removed:

Power supply board pulled out for better access. Note my makeshift terminal blocks attached to the input/output, a temporary fix I used.

New plugs installed.

Reassembled, factory reset and tested.

Tx Plonster, sneaked off and tried it. The moment I turn the ct around the epm does not see the ct anymore. These units seems to be of good quality but after sales service non existing. I am also unsure about the feedback setting, manual does not give values.

At the risk of ruining a short answer that might be right... you know like telling someone to change their air filter when they complain of bad fuel economy... (you see them 2 days later and they are like: how did you know!?) if the meter is really running double speed, it might be seeing the wrong direction and running flat-out to cancel out a load... which is actually itself exporting).

As a big supporter of the Blue Kit, I would much rather a sale is lost against a Goodwe than against an Axpert. As a big supporter of the Hilux, I would much rather that a family member  buys an Isuzu or a Ranger than a Tata. And so forth... 🙂

I do hope that on this forum we can teach the Members to follow the correct  standards and not the corrupt installers.

A GTI system where you have a large bill has the quickest return on investment (ROI).
It will not give you energy independence from ESKOM but depending on the size and the scope of your usage will mean that you can generate anything between 25% and 75% of total electricity bill. Trying to cover 95% of you bill is not particularly cost effective as there is more idle time on your solar panels.
The same with trying to build a system that can power large loads when the power is down. The battery costs for a solar backup system is prohibitive. You can power servers and essential electronics but not an entire factory.
 

Not bad. You have an "an timeout" instead of "a timeout" in one place, that was the only glaring grammar thing.

Maybe I've just done it too many times, but for me it is pretty much:
1. Upgrade the Multi firmware
  1.1 If you're scared of updating the firmware, put on your big girl panties and stop being scared.
  1.2. Register on professional.victronenergy.com for access to all the latest firmware.
  1.3. Consult the vebus firmware versions text document on that site to figure out what version of the firmware you need, or look at the sticker on the main processor inside the inverter, the first 4 digits tells you the same thing.
  1.4. Just do exactly what VEFlash tells you and don't try to be smart.
2. Using veconfigure, configure basic inverter values, such as the charge voltages for the batteries. The defaults is almost always perfectly good enough for a first try.
3. Enable the battery monitor and set the battery capacity.
4. Set the grid code to NRS097-2-1. When you do this the first time it won't ask for a password.
5. Go to the Virtual Switch tab and tell it not to use Virtual Switch. This enables assistants.
6. Go to the Assistants tab. Add the ESS assistant. Then click on "Start Assistant". You can usually pretty much accept the default values. It will prompt you for the battery capacity and ask about PV inverters on the output (you want to say no here... you will KNOW when you have to say yes).
7. Write the whole lot to the Multi.
Done, you have your first ESS setup going. Now you can tweak values if you want to. The only one I really find that needs tweaking is the Dynamic cut-off curve. The defaults are a bit high in some cases.
You can try it out for yourself. Download veconfigure tools. It has a "fake target with full options" feature.
Anyone wants to write a "cheat sheet", preferably a tested one... You can even consult your own Multi's configuration and make screenshots.

We have a similar thing here: We started out with a problem (that solar power is expensive). We still have most of it left.
I also think that dragging in other issues (like what state institutions are otherwise doing wrong, or other taxes we also have to pay) is not really helpful. Two wrongs as TTT says.
