Using square mm on Android

Featured Replies

Following a reply on using this format which we all do in replies.

After typing  say 16mm directly type a long press of the 2 using the numeric keypad. It does work for 2. At times a preview might appear for other possibilities like a 1 will preview ⅛ ¼ ⅓ ½

I am still looking for the degree character :)

My phone is like me-stupid. It types a normal size zero.

On my Android phone (a Xiaomi), the degree symbol is near the bottom right corner of the symbols page.

I also use Wincompose to  allow me to get UTF characters when on my laptop. So I can do 1000μF, 470Ω, and much more.

Thanks a lot @Coulomb Come to think about it I have never used the symbols page. Only text or numeric. I happen to use the same not so popular brand and for sure after over 2yrs I don't see me changing back to the 3 popular Android brands I had a few models over time.

But unreal to see how much better the notes are vs the other models even if the price in my case was only R500 more for the note.
