My cycle count is 1360, but I'm not worried much about that as this is just a temporary replacement. The plan is to upgrade from Pylontech in the near future 🙂

The label in the picture shows manufactured in 2020, but you still say age is 2 years?  A mistake I assume, as the US3000B was discontinued in 2021.
Also, has it been topped up in the meantime?  Leaving a battery without charging for 5 years may well ruin the cells due to self-discharge...

Pylons are notoriously sensitive to how well they are treated - you will make your life a lot easier selling these if you connect a PC to the console port and extract exact cycle data and logs via BatteryView.  That way people will know what they are buying, and you will be able to get a fair price.  Failing that, I suspect that potential buyers would assume the worst.

The picture you show is a US3000B, not a US3000C.  They are significantly different.

There are many guys that have DIY coupled to a JK BMS for any voltage up to 64V using the 20 cell JK.

Looks very nice but remember the requirement to leave venting space all around the inverter as per ALL manufacturers.

About 3 weeks back I got my JA 550w panels from the powerforum store for R2257 each

Really? Because I got 555w Jinkos for 2300 quite easily 

My 2c worth split the 16 up and sell them in 4 panels at a time then i am sure you will sell them the problem not everybody needs 16 panels and makes the collection also easier. So R 6750 for 4 panels.

I have personally bought Jinko 550W panels from Leroy Merlin last week for R2399 per panel. That works out at R4.36/W for brand new Tier 1 panels. And on top of that, they charge only R65 for delivery. Hardly even worth putting petrol and going with your bakkie to collect.
Oh and besides that, they have 6 months return policy. So, if I see something even cheaper, I can still return them and buy elsewhere, if they haven't been installed.

at that price it will be a hard sell,
recently I saw a lot of ads for 500 - 550w panels for R2300 -R2800( JA, Canadian, Jinko) per panel. it seems as if the prices crashed.
