Set Battery capacity to 110Ah Untick BMS_Err_Stop Set Float V, Absorption V and Equalization V - ALL to 53.6V Change the setting below that, from 30 days to 0 days Set Amps to 50A, you can try changing again back to 75A later, if the problem is resolved. Post the charge state (LiBMS screen) after couple of hours with the new settings! Taken @ 12:00 today. I see no difference. Thanks
November 14, 20214 yr @swazz99jhb I would suggest to contact Hubble tech support. Couple of cells might be faulty or something wrong with the BMS On a mean time, you can request a firmware upgrade from SunSynk: https://www.sunsynk.org/up-grade But even with old firmware, you shouldn’t have such issues. Please keep us updated on the outcome. Edited November 14, 20214 yr by PowerUser

On the battery page, change the setting to AGM V and leave it like that for a few seconds and then change it back to Lithium. Make sure you press the ok button after each change so that it accepts the setting. See if that works.

Will try again after loadshedding for a bit longer.
November 17, 20214 yr @swazz99jhbwhy don’t you contact Hubble Tech Support? It sounds like something is wrong with the battery. It should be under warranty anyway.

December 9, 20214 yr Author Took the battery to Hubble (UPS Warehouse) in Modderfontein. They checked it and couldn't see any issues. They mentioned the settings on my inverter and suggested total different values to what is suggested on the Hubble site. Not even sure why, seeing that I have the CAN cable connected and the inverter set to lithium. Currently sitting at 99%.Will keep an eye. They have upgraded the battery firmware but I still can't see SOH. If they battery drops again without charging, what settings should I use to get it fully charged again. @Leshen can you assist in getting my Sunsynk Firmware updated?

March 19, 20224 yr Hmmmmmmmh...........I have the same problem except that I'm stuck on 63% SOC. I've tried everything in this thread except updating firmware. I see Swazz99JHB says that Hubble JHB suggested different settings for the inverter compared to what is on the hubble website. Does anyone know what those settings are? And do they make any difference.

Use the settings provided by Hubble but change the battery from lithium to AGM V and disconnect the CAN cable (batt bms will protect you) let it drain and then charge. That is what they did to resolve my issue.
March 20, 20224 yr Thank you! That's a huge help. Last night I already changed to AGM setting per the advice from a powerforum post on another thread. I have not however drained the battery and then let it recharge with the AGM setting. I'll try that today. And of interest, with the AGM setting, did Hubble recommemd to set the float voltage at 53v and Bulk/Equalisation at 53.6V as per the AM2 manual ? Or did they recommend 53.6V for float and also 53.6V for Bulk/Equalisation. I'm surprised that 53.6V is not used as float and bulk/Equalisation setting, given that the BMS of the AM2 lithium does all the "thinking". I'd expect the BMS would want a constant supply voltage input, and then it would manage the cells as it sees fit.

From what I understood they didn't use a Sunsynk.

Dear Francois Smit, This is regarding Ticket #476, which you opened with Hubble Lithium helpdesk. I trust all is well Apologies on the terrible response time of your support query since the last interaction. We've been dealing with a large number of support tickets are try our best to get to everyone as soon as possible Seems like you may have a synchronization issue. Refer to he link below and ensure that your inverter settings are correct: https://www.hubblelithium.co.za/sunsynk-hubble-setup.html Once that has been configured correctly, removed the CAN cable and charge batteries using voltage settings only. Once the batteries have charged fully according to the inverter, plug the CAN cable back in. Drain the battery and charge up with no load. You may charge it up with load if charging with no load isn't an option. Warm regards, Imraan

June 5, 20224 yr Yeah updated the firmware on the batteries one seems to be happy the other it's voltage reading is just about correct when I use PBMS but I think it needs a discharge and charge up. Not living in the house yet so power usage is at 50w or something
July 16, 20223 yr Good day Everyone. I am having the same issue with regards to Hubble 5.5 battery not moving past 78%.

They managed to charge it using voltage settings instead of CAN. Thus it wasn't anything wrong with battery. The out of sync issue could have been the firmware. If you have a RIOT then can diagnose and upgrade remotely. You can also buy the cable from them and upgrade the firmware yourself. Must be some installers out there that could assist.

Thx, yes I think I'm going to upgrade firmware myself, they "Hubble" are not answering, emails, making empty promises they going to get mr. X y z to call me back but never happens. Now I need to find the firmware, Problem is my battery only like a month old,and only started when I added pv
