I had a quick peek, and if anyone cares, it appears to be an ARM little endian processor. Some ascii text in the image. Being a binary blob, I haven't found the proper start address. It's possibly a m

  • Their is only one firmware for a battery. The zip file contains firmware for different versions of a battery and batteryview selects the correct firmware. This is because the actual bms was changed du

This is what my system's CCL and Bulk/Absorbtion looks like. The BMS asks mostly for a charging current above 0 Amps, in my case 250 Amps. The bulk of the time is spent in Bulk mode, no pun here..... On the Pylontech, after Firmware update, it looks like the firmware logic is inverted.... see bottom image.

Inverted logic post red line.

It's a pleasure. Sorry, don't know about downgrade capability. You might have to contact Pylontech or a dealer or someone on here may know....

As per the below, the Firmware enabled the Min/Max cell voltages being sent to the GX from the BMS on 2 Oct. This indicates that the cables etc are working as it should. It is clear that the firmware are causing a lot of voltage variability as per the graphs, from 2 Oct.

Dankie Sarel,

Do you know if one can downgrade the Firmware?

Not sure if there is actually a version earlier than 3.4 available?

Downgrade is possible. I have done it before. Just use the appropriate firmware file version and load it as per normal.

When updating the firmware, will it do all the units or just the one that your plugged into?

Only the one that you plug into will update. You will have to plug into each module separately.

Thank you, That's a bit of a pain.

Hi Guys, anyone know where to get the latest firmware version?

Got a new US3000c today and it's on 2.4, while my older two are on 2.2.

Would rather they all be at the same FW version :)

Hey Rooney,

Any new firmware for the US3000C? I have noticed with v2.4 that BatteryView seems to get disconnected from the pack and reconnects... it is rather strange as i did not experience this with v2.2

Lemme know, thank you.
