September 14, 20205 yr Apparently error code 57 is a Current Sensor Failure but I have no idea how to resolve it?

So you might be able to get a spare PCB from your supplier, if they still stock boards for PF0.8 models. Perhaps flash whatever you end up with with 73.00e patched firmware (latest patched firmware for PF0.8 models). Though error 57 is "current sensor failed", which sounds like either the current transformer or nearby parts, or the LEM current sensor, or nearby parts. Some of these parts are on the control board as well. There is a small chance it's the burden resistors for the current transformer, R200 and R201, both 47Ω. This post is of a repair that found open circuit burden resistors, though that resulted in fault code 07 (overload timeout). Unfortunately, some images seem to have disappeared. These resistors are under the main board, under the transformer labelled CT1. There is also a small chance that degaussing the LEM might fix it. I don't know if degaussers are even sold any more; they used to be used for degaussing magnetic heads in tape recorders.
July 4, 20215 yr Hi all, Have a RTC AXPERT 5K inverter that was given to me as it had stopped working. When I opened it up it looked like a gecko had shorted out the PCB. Please see attached pictures. I replaced the burnt IRGP4750D IGBTs and tried to clean up where I could, Reassembled the unit and it now turns on however it goes into a Fault 53 error code then shuts down. Anyone else have this same issue or have any advice? Many thanks
July 5, 20215 yr i recently purchased inverex axpert inverter 3.2 and installed it myself in the first month it ran good no problem and now it is showing warning code 32 continuously and not charning battery on line mode nor on pv mode the manual description for warning code 32 is [communication interrupted] i don't know how to handle please somebody help
July 5, 20215 yr 12 hours ago, Spicy Cables said: Reassembled the unit and it now turns on however it goes into a Fault 53 error code That's "inverter soft start failed". This happens after the bus soft start test, so at least you don't have a short on the DC bus (any more). Usually when the IGBTs fail, especially when they fail spectacularly like yours, it takes out the gate drivers as well. With the gate drivers not working, it's now failing the soft start of the inverter. I think it starts at low voltage or similar, and checks to see that the output is roughly as expected. See this partial schematic trace of the driver circuitry, and possibly some of the repair posts linked to in the index of that topic (in the first post). Edit: it's often the resistors, diodes, capacitors, and possibly the opto-driver ICs in that order of likelihood. Edited July 5, 20215 yr by Coulomb

Hi Coulomb, Thank you very much for the info, i have noticed some SMD resistors are dysfunctional to will work through everything and report. Many thanks.
November 15, 20214 yr Morning all, on the weekend I installed an 2nd hand King Axpert II inverter, it show error 35 on the display, everything works fine and I tested the battery is charging as it should, so I can only imagine it was from the previous owner, is there a way to reset the fault code displayed on the screen or is this a fault that is still present and would automatically reset when cleared.

November 19, 20223 yr Hi Guys i have a problem with my Inverter gives me err 08 switches of the battery and inverter and on again but after like 3 seconds its on again with n buzz what can i do to clear
November 20, 20223 yr 18 hours ago, Raynhardt said: err 08 Fault code 08 means bus voltage too high. I'm guessing that you have a high PV voltage model. Does disconnecting the PV from the PV input stop the problem? 18 hours ago, Raynhardt said: with n buzz Would you describe it as relays connecting and disconnecting? Perhaps like arcing?
December 5, 20223 yr Hi everyone! I have an Axpert King 5kW inverter and since recently I can charge the batteries using my petro generator. I get warning 15 everytime I connect the generator. And unfortunately there's no warning 15 on the axpert manual. Does anyone know what is the problem?

Not sure of the error code, but axperts are notoriously finicky with generators. Try putting a load on the generator first before switching over.
January 17, 20233 yr What does WARNING "E9" mean? The handbook only mentions ERROR "09". Everything works 100%. No beeps either. Just the flashing 'E9' and next to it the triangle. I presume it has something to do with my old batteries load balancing. It appeared after a full shutdown under load because the batteries were discharged... How can I clear or reset it? 20230117_183947.mp4 Edited January 17, 20233 yr by GoMario Inserted video clip

Find the setting for equalisation and disable it. For many models, it will be setting 33; change from EEn to EdS. Monitoring software may have a more user friendly way to disable equalisation. Of course, if you actually have a flooded lead acid battery that requires periodic equalisation, you don't want to disable it.
April 18, 20233 yr Dear all, axpert I'm running an Axpert King II (5k/48V) with two Pylontech US3000. System indicates a flashing warning code 62 which is not reported in the manuals (no its not a typo). Any idea what that means? Thx

April 21, 20233 yr MPPSolar have easier manuals to get to (no registration required). The PIP-5048MK is equivalent to the Axpert King. http://www.mppsolar.com/manual/PIP-MK (PF1.0)/PIP-MK manual-20190717.pdf

For example: 70! is actually an indication that the inverter has resumed charging the battery on the battery's request
April 21, 20233 yr Yes and no. If lets say it is warning 4 and you ignore it you could sit without power. So some needs attention. Warning 69 . It just states that the BMS has requested the inverter to stop charging seeing that it may be fully charged. So saying this Warnings could possibly become Errors if unattended.
April 21, 20233 yr 3 hours ago, WindGat said: For example: 70! is actually an indication that the inverter has resumed charging the battery on the battery's request I believe that warning 70⚠ is a little more serious, in that the BMS is saying that the inverter must charge the battery if at all possible to avoid potentially shortening battery life. Warning 69⚠ was so benign that it happened all the time, and caused unnecessary worry by the users. So it's now been removed from later display firmwares (you will never see it in these later firmwares). So now, hopefully, warnings are not terribly serious, but not totally benign either.

Unless you are using a BMS connection for a compatible lithium battery and have correctly configured the connection, make sure to use “AGM”, “Flooded” or “User-defined” in settings menu 05. July 6, 20233 yr Quote This fault is only available when the battery type in settings menu 05 is set to anything other than “AGM”, “Flooded” or “User-defined”. I also got this warning code 61 when battery type was set as "user" , together with a F80 error. See here -> Setup : 2 x Voltronic King II 5kw/6kw in parallel, 2 X 51.2V 5.12 kWh Lion (Volta) batteries in parallel , and with 15 x Trina Vertex (415w each) Panels which is split 9 panels (in serie) on Master Inverter MPPT and the other 6 (in serie) on the Slave inverter MPPT.
July 7, 20233 yr As posted elsewhere, this is sounding like a need of either the capacitor mod, the "dress the cables" problem, or both. See .
