Sunsynk New WIFI dongle - changed wifi router password
You have to use a phone or laptop and search for the inverters wifi hotspot, connect to It and open the config page on a browser, it will let you change the wifi details there.

Sunsynk 12KW 3Phase
They 12kw rating is for essentials ie things connected behind the inverter, which will be powered up even when there is no grid. There's no limit on the non essentials ie those things not connected through the inverter. The limit will be the municipal supply / meter. So if you only want 1kw essentials to be supplied during loadshedding there's no reason to go with a 12kw machine.

16kw Deye Inverter F56_DC_VoltLow Error
Dyness are 0.5c. So with 3 batteries you shouldn't be drawing more than 7.5kw or so. So underspecced for the 16kw Inverter. But if 3 kw is giving the error that's due to something else. Check your battery discharge rate in the settings. May be the issue. If you look at 50a x 3 you should set it to 150A (recommended) . Or 75a x 3 (maximum as per specs which may degrade the battery over time) https://powerforum.co.za/topic/9564-sunsynk-with-pylontech-batteries-dc-voltlow-fault/

Solar Assistant - Not working and No support?
Solar assistant just reads the data off your inverter. Perhaps your inverter is at fault.

Easy way to view non essential loads and check CT Coil functionality on Sunsynk
This may help someone, I found it useful. On the Sunsynk portal : Select "equipment", "inverter", click the serial number of the inverter in question , select "custom" , then click "parameter", then tick "P-Grid", and right at the bottom tick "P-external-CT-L1". This will give you a good overview and show you if your CT is upside down (remotely - yes I know this can be seen on the touch screen as well). It will allow you to judge if your CT is reading consistent info, which is useful when the CT is far away and extended with CAT cable. If its correctly installed it will give you a decent view of the non-essential loads throughout the day, even when there isnt sufficient solar PV to export to them. You can see the first part of the graph, the CT was installed incorrectly, then corrected thereafter.

FreedomWon battery, is a fused battery disconnector required?
However, I've dealt with a few electricians who won't issue a CoC without the fuse disconnectors. So it would be best practice if its affordable / easily installable

FreedomWon battery, is a fused battery disconnector required?
See the below as well from freedomwon, clarifying this matter

Sunsynk - CT Clamp
Also make sure it's the shielded, solid copper cat cable. Best to use linkbasic outdoor rated shielded solid copper. https://scoop.co.za/linkbasic-100m-shielded-uv-protected-cat5e-cable.html

Freedom Won Battery Sudden SOC Drop
They won't replace unfortunately, they'll have to follow their protocols, their time frame is one week for repairs, from the time it reaches them
-
Freedom Won Battery Sudden SOC Drop
You need to call freedomwon technical support, they will then ask to access the batteries remotely on a PC connected to the USB port on the battery. Thereafter they will change settings that may be incorrect, then test further and monitor the SoC drift / drops etc. Eventually they will tell you to log the return with the supplier, who will then arragnge shipping to freedomwon and they will test it on their bench. Likely to be a BMS issue, in which case they will replace the BMS and then your supplier will arrange shipping back to you. If you are in JHB then freedomwon technicians may come out to you on site.

We just experienced this on a 20/16 model, dropped from 22 to 10% within a few seconds. Unfortunately solar assistant also switched off at that point, need to look into the DC PSU or POE

Earth Leakage Tripping
https://segensolar.co.za/product/kodak/pv-inverter-kodak/main-unit-pv-inverter-kodak/kodak-4-6kw-grid-tied-inverter/ That's the one Thank you for your response, will check that out
-
Earth Leakage Tripping
It's after the inverter, when it trips the plugs go off. Power still remains in other areas supplied by the inverter. The kodak 4.6kw is supposed to do the neutral earth bond automatically. After a few seconds the earth leakage can be switched back on and alls good in the interim. It's a intermittent thing as well.

Earth Leakage Tripping
Also having a problem with a voltronics grid tied inverter earth leakage tripping, new hager installed and doing the same.

Essential vs Non essential vs grid
Seems like the CT is not installed correctly. Under normal circumstances when grid is being used, the CT reading (shown on the inverter screen) must be positive.
