SunSynk 8kw Install. Please comment on settings.
My driving assumption is that solar will have the batteries at or close to 100% by the end of the day then we use battery until 95% then grid. I've changed it since and that 95% is now 75% so use less grid until 9pm Edit: I can also trigger grid charge manually / via automation if i need to

Shouldn't be a problem - they just need to be the same battery type and capacity. It shouldn't need its own fuse box and generally you would run another comms cable from the old one to the new one. Not sure how Volts specify doing this but other manufacturers will detail how to parallel

i do not believe there is a limit - or at least none has been mentioned. I currently have 4 other users with access to my plant (as ordinary users)

Should be fine generally as long as that 8kw has enough airflow for the hot days
