April 30, 20197 yr If they were unplanned plant failures, then how do they come to the figure more than half of them were prevented. Surely that would have involved some sort of planned failures to know how many were prevented

Financially Namibia is not in a much better spot. They do have less corruption though... not that winning that race is difficult with the bunch we have over here. So right now in Namibia... the farmer buys everything at retail, sells everything at wholesale, pays the transport both ways, and VAT on top of it all. Lekker man.
