You need to contact support and send them model number on the side of the bms and they will send you firmware update for that fix.

I have a 8s 100A Daly. Current display on app also irratic altough the current from the inverter to battery is normal when checked with clamp meter. Battery SOC also faulty , always 100% .
 

You should set max cell votlage to your charging voltage divided by 8s , then set balancing start at 3.0v with 0.02 deviation 

Are you referring to the current displayed by the app? If so I have also noticed the fluctuations, which don't corresponding to the real values. Fortunately I don't reply on them.

@Reet my 2C with be support ,if support is available locally and and reputable company then I with go for that I say the most important things is if the battery had to pickup and issue can it be sorted out locally and not get the run around i know hubble, pylontech, greenrich, revo ,byd  and Freedom won have local support.

So I do it this way ,I feedback to my non essentials thats the geyser and Oven that way  I make the most of my solar energy.  So zero export and limit to load unticked.

So I think you can use the aux port and stipulate the amount of load you want to run off it for non essential but once grid fail there will be no power to non essential loads 

@Z100 off grids nice but its a costly affair if 💯 off grid if the funds available then its a plus+.5Kva is good but when you say 5000w load may a bigger inverter would be better reasons not to push it to max. Then the expensive part storage at least 50kwh. Generator is good but then take in consideration of fuel. Wind turbine would be nice depending on the area residential or if you have neighbors 1km away, a good wind turbine say 1.5kw or 2kw. I currently have a SunSynk 8kw with around 8000watt panels 20KWH lithiumion bank, flat plate collector gets me through a day but depending on the weather ther next day still not completely of grid. My load is around 1kwh I can use the aircon for sometime but by the am battery is around 10 to 15% just my experience.

BMS finally delivered today.  What a wait.  It got stuck in China for more than a week.  Even with Fedex.  When I googled, it seemed to be a problem lately, since COVID.
Anyway, first things first, they lied about the amps.  It says 300amp on the sticker but the relay is rated for 200a.  So it is a 200a BMS.

I also went ahead and removed the 4 AWG wire (~25mm²) they had connected to the BMS and replaced it with 70mm²
Lastly the copper busbar had a bunch of finger prints and glue on it, so I took it off and polished it using steel wool (have done this before when I redid the copper pipes in my apartment).  Mostly in places it needs good contact to make sure once I tightened it down hard it would have excellent contact.

Just my opinion i bought a hubble AM2 not because of the brand just base on the 1C rating as I sometimes draw around 96amps about 5000w. I have the Sunsynk 8Kw so it delivers what I require.

It's should be 1 on the rest off.

Welcome, and congratulations on a great choice, all of it!
You can do it without node red too, if you just place the heavier loads (geyser, pool pump etc.) before the inverter, and set the inverter up to feed them when there is excess solar power, and down when the grid fails. This is a far simpler solution, a single management system and interface and does not require extra hardware and comms. It also means that you will be up and running a lot quicker, so you get to experience and "learn" the system. If I were you I would do it this way as phase 1, home automation as phase 2. But if you really want to use node red from the outset, then by all means do it, there are many other great uses for it.

If you are not at home throughout the day that is quite hard unfortunately. Batteries is the only thing that can really help you to use the 'extra' energy in afternoon at that point . 

@RichardZA good system I think it's good you maximized they solar arry. Maybe try a little lifestyle change like cooking, heating the geyser up before sunset so make the most of the sun energy while available vs more batteries as they are expensive just my opinion.

Great to here. Got mine up and running about to months now  1 x hubble AM2 and 12 400watt panels and 6 x 445 panel  good choice 👌. 

It can become and expensive hobby when you get sucked in. For example the panel are like a car you will benefit from them the inverter and batteries they like fuel you need it to make the car move. I think the only time it's really effective when you totally off grid , that when you can safely says the system pays for itself but a costly affair for that part. Just my thoughts.

Got mine recently aswell the manual say 22amp sticker say 18amp.
 

@phidz i just hose them down with water and then if there ia stubborn dirt i use sunlight with a squeegee. I hose them down first to avoid scratching the glass that my way.
