Featured Replies

Hi Guys

I run four of the above units 2 each in parallel. I need to upgrade the firmware, currently on V 1.01

Anybody out there with a later firmware version?

Or a link to a download site?

Thanks

Yes, thats ok - don't worry. From what I know of: First there was a "NON-Parallel" version starting in 2015. Latest fw I'm aware of is from 2018. Then 2016/09 they came up with a 10k v

What inverter do you have exactly (pic of type/serial would be helpful) and what fw version does it run currently?

HI , I also run one of these systems and also cannot find anything at all with regards the upgrade. My question is , is there an upgrade? I have asked Mecer who are the agents here in SA and don't get any replies at all with regards this and have also searched numerous websites including Australia.

I have found this website https://www.ostrovni-elektrarny.cz/index.php?page=podpora

where you will have to translate the page but there seems to be a lot with regards the Infini 10KW 3 phase as well as software.

Thanks for the link, a colleague shared it with me recently but seems somehow but now I can navigate the site well, I got some rar files on the site but requires password when I want to extract them. Please can you help with the password to use.. thank you

I'm set up for extracting passwords from rar and other archive files, but I need a link to exactly the archive you intend to use.

The password of fw files from the czech site is "daily".

But be warned: Not every FW for the 10k infini works on all models!!!

You have to choose the right one based on your serial# which includes the production date. I can assist.

To see correct version currently installed (compilation date/time) u have to press UP+DOWN simultaneously for a few sec.

Thank you. I will like to have your assistance on this. I will prefer the faster way of communication. Thanks

If you can help on the case, I'll be glad. I'm trying to upgrade a firmware or downgrade the latest version to a bit old version for parallel compatibility.

10kW Infini solar inverter. The latest version I have is V6.02, I have another V1.01, so trying to upgrade V1.01 to be compatible with V6.02

That seems like a wide gap to bridge.

I'm suspecting that one of them is a clone with who knows what firmware in there.

Pictures of the stickers on the side would be very helpful.

So far I did not see any firmware version other than 1.01 on Infinisolar 10k and it's clones (FSP,MPP,EASUN,PANTA,...). So this is absolutely meaningless.

As stated above, the firmware compilation date (U1/U2, press UP+DOWN) is the only important notice.

Also production date (can be extracted from serial#) is crucial - this tells the hw generation of the inverter (non parallel, parallel-A, parallel-B,...).

I will post that soon. Though it shows that the new version was manufacture this year, it's very recent while other one is around 2019 or so.

Afternoon,

I have been searching for this information for so many hours.

Now, thanks to you, at least I know why we have ERROR 71 (firmware incompatible) here.

But can they be updated to the same firmware? How can I tell?

Thanks for reading, Alex

The fw you installed is for brand new devices (2022 and up). I expect that it fits only on the latest generation of cpu mainboards.
What serial# does your inverter have? Based on that I can suggest the latest firmware for your device.

Those are two different inverters; I haven't done any firmware updates I don't know how to and I don't have any firmware files.

The brighter green screen is a new addition since we need more power; I bought the same model to connect in parallel with the older one.

How do I find out serial numbers? In the menu somewhere?

Thanks again
