Hi Everyone, I am really need help here, I have just installed deye inverter 5KW and now on progress of commissioning but what I notice is when I press Basic Setting and Battery menu it just nothing happen (menu is not open), other menu is when I press the menu button then the parameters will appears but again I cannot change any parameter setting. could some body please help me what problem actually on my inverter? Thank you

Hi, please can I have some advice. I have 2 x 5k Sunsynk SSLB1 batteries that I'm using to power my AC load during evening and overnight. What's the lowest recommended percentage I can drain them to before letting the grid take over? And is this figure set in the System mode page - or the Battery Shutdown page? Thanks.

Hello Hoping to pick some brains. With regards to the 12kw 3phase Sunsynk or Deye, is it possible to have only one of the phases use the battery capacity when loadshedding, i.e run the house through the inverter (3 phase house) and then have the essentials on one phase which would then be on the phase in which the battery supplies only ? This may sound silly but the way this house is done I have to tie in on the main cable so if I used a single phase inverter then I would not be able to have 3 phase to run a 3 phase Aircon ever, even when grid is there.

My parents-in-law are installing a Sunsynk 5kW Hybrid Inverter + Hubble battery to assist them through load shedding. I see that there are some options in connecting the Sunsynk Inverter to different apps (SolarMan 2.0 or SunSynk Logger). Can I please have some feedback on these two apps, and how they are able to both monitor the state of charge and demand, and which of them allow you to manage the inverter remotely. I would also like to know how the Sunsynk Inverter connncts to the internet - I see a Wifi Dongle, but can you also connect via a LAN Cable to your router? My 8kw Sunsynk inverter is installed and operated perfectly for the last week since it's on a test run. Yesterday we had loadshedding from Eskom and the inverter worked. The moment the power came on the inverter made a click sound and stopped giving power to the load (UPS). In the photo the AC is off as i am running on By-pass. There is power from mppt and battery. The load shows 548 volts. Did something blow up? I tried resetting but it gives alarm with code ID 2205264432. No fault codes though. Please help.

My DOD is set to 25% overnight. Once it reaches 25% is drains slowly (see picture). Is this normal? If it's not normal how do I stop it? Inverter: sunsynk 5kw 1 x 5.5kw hubble.

Hi My Sunsynk inverter might be slightly out of wifi range by a few meters. Can the logger thingy be located somewhere else via an extension cable?

My current (Kodak) inverter cannot make full use of daytime solar power (it still supplements with utility power, but during load-shedding will happily feed the battery with enough power to replenish what the house uses). So typically 25-35% solar input, the rest from Eskom. Can the Sunsynk make full use of solar input (assuming enough daylight, power draw sufficiently low etc) while still connected to utility input?

Hi everyone. I have a question. Say you have load on essential and grid(non-essential) and you setup the timer to run the batteries down for a bit in the evening, if the grid is still on will the batteries supply both loads?

The BP symbol is present to show there is no battery connected. HEre it is shown carrying a 1.22kW load with no grid or battery present.

Hi. I bought a synerji 3kva unit had it successfully installed and working like charm. I am now trying to connect it to my laptop via solar power monitoring software. It downloaded driver, installed software it even acknowledges connection when i plug it in it shows correct port but then the display just keeps searching. What am i doing wrong ??

Morning, With this constant load shedding and just after a few minutes on batteries, My Kodak inverter shows a 04 error code (Batteries still Full). I do have 3x 100ah 48V Lithium batteries, and Program 05 is set yo USER. Whats the correct settings for 26,27,29 etc, please? Thanks

Was anyone able to establish communication between this inverter and battery? If I connect the LAN cable provided it gives error 61 when setting 5 is on Lib or Pyl. Currently it is running fine when on USE with settings: Bulk: 56v, Float: 54v, End: 48, Charge amp: 40a

Hi I am getting stumped by a Must inverter PV18-3024VPK (3kW 24V). It works fine as a UPS, but: - after a loadshed event, my load switches nicely back to utility supply and the display shows the battery being recharged. But my ammeter tells me the battery is not being charged. If I switch off the load, then the charging begins. And the charging will continue if load is switched on and off after that. Weird - the utility AC charger can be set either 20 or 30 Amp, but irrespective of the setting, my ammeter shows a very exact 10 Amp only. Hi all I recently installed a Sunsynk 10kw 3 phase inverter with 2x Hubble AM2 batteries My primary goal at the time and for now is to avoid the effects of load shedding. Before years end I intend installing solar panels to really get the full benefit of the inverter. In the interim I would like to preserve the life of the batteries. On days when there is no load shedding the system still charges and holds the batteries at 100%SOC. is there a way to use the Sunsynk timer system to have it only charge and hold the battery at a certain percentage ie 90%. Hi. I am looking to replace my old inverter with a SunSynk 5kW and have a few questions before I pull the trigger. I hope someone can help! Q1: My understanding is that these inverters has a “pass-through” function, I.e. if my essential load exceed 5kw any additional power needed will be drawn from the grid (up to 35A) Q2: Assuming the above is correct, let’s use an example. PV produces 3000W but essential loads is now at 6000W. Will the inverter take 3000W from the grid, or will it take all 6000W from the grid (i.e. take everything from the grid once it breaches 5000W)? Let me start of by stating, im not a electrician. My electrician seems to have difficult time solving my issue. He installed the system. I have a 5.5Kw Sunsynk Inverter and a 5.5Kw Hubble battery. When the grid goes down, my house plugs test that Neutral and Live are swapped. When the grid is on the plugs test normal again. Also. The inverter has a switch-over time for when the DC gives over to AC. In this time period when the grid came back, but the battery is still active my Earth Leakage keeps tripping. Hey guys, So I've spent the last couple weeks scouring the net as I'm looking to purchase and install an inverter system next month. From all the research I have gone through it seems Sun synk and Hubble is the most common setup. I'm looking at buying an 8kw Sun Synk inverter and 1 x Hubble AM2 5.5kw battery. I have some real basic questions just as confirmation of the research I have done: Q1 . I understand I would need 2 batteries to safely cover the maximum draw of the inverter. 8kw maximum draw is 185a and 2 x Hubble batteries would be 200a. Is this correct? Hi Hope someone can assist me, I have a Lux SNA5000 connected to a Greenrich 5kw Battery. My question is why does the Lux pickup that the battery is 50ah instead of the 100ah it should be? I have seen a couple of people complain about this even on the Pylontech batteries. Lux just refers me back to Greenrich.
