October 17, 20232 yr Sunsynk 12kW 3 phase Updated very early this morning, didn't even notice other than I could tell from some appliances that power had cycled at some point. (update happened about 6-8 hours after I requested it, I didn't touch the inverter before, just left it running, it did seem to reboot though). SW Ver.：M 2005-1140 / S 18-07 / C 1001-E037 PSA I know this has been posted before but it bears repeating: to update go to https://sunsynk.freshdesk.com/support/home Register Log a support ticket for the firmware upgrade and provide them with your inverter serial and your wifi gateway (dongle) serial. Both can be obtained from SunSynk Connect at https://sunsynk.net/plants under "equipment" Alternatively the serial number for my gateway was on the physical dongle sticking out of the inverter. So you did not disconnect loads from the inverter for the upgrade? How long did it take them to do?

November 1, 20232 yr I have just requested an upgrade due to "notification bug". I no longer get alerts when grid disconnect/reconnect. 5Kva SunSynk Current: M:3.3.7.4, S:1.5.1.5, CE.4.2.4 Pending upgrade at the moment - lets see what changes.

The latest stable is C E433. They are working on a bug fix to resolve the issues with C E435. They did not provide more information on what those issues are.

The upgrades were done in the early hours of Saturday morning, which means less than 24 hours after the request, all 4 units done. One of the units went into a bit of a panic afterward (Error F62 - can't say if it was related or not), but after a full shutdown and restart all is well.

Sorry for asking & not creating a separate thread. Most likely the latter. Manufacturer likely sends it to suppliers with latest FW but it may be standing in stock for a while before it gets to you. I doubt that shops/suppliers update the FW... Your installer may do so if they're diligent.

Are 'notifications' enabled on your Sunynk app? I know that Sunsynk app had issues with the reconnect notification and they have disabled it currently. But the disconnect one works.
