Good day to everyone I have a problem that maybe someone can assist with I installed 3 x 5kw MKS inverters running in 3 phase mode and 30kwh of storage. Which seems to be working fine The 3 phase was installed primarily to run a lift in the house which is 5 stories high. But the lift failed to operate. The lights come on but no other response. Where can I find a spec sheet and user manual for this inverter, purchased it from ACDC Dynamics. Also, what can be done with that Remote RJ45 port? Used in a simple setup with 2x Silver Calcium Exide 12v 102Ah batteries.

For the people who know or can help. Is there a way for the axpert inverter to have a more accurate SOC determination other than using its own calculation A bit of more info I have a single Bluenova 5.2 DU rackpower battery.

Hi Guys, Long story short; Our inverter stops working (A Mecer SOL-I-AX-5M) and before I know it my wife has called an electrician who has removed it and taken it away. Word comes back that it is uneconomical to repair. I'm fine with this as I wanted to upgrade in the future anyway.... But I did want to make a note of how everything was connected to the inverter and now I can't :-( After doing a bit of research I decide that a Mecer SOL-I-AX-5M4 is better and should also just be a "drop in" replacement. So here's a hopeful ask: Does anyone have the type test certificate for the Renesola 3KW hybrid - its an Infinisolar. Per the council list it was tested by Eurofins: Renesola South Africa is gone. I did write to Renesola global, and to Eurofins, but I'm not too optimistic of answers so maybe the gurus on Powerforum have ideas as to where to find it!?

Dear All I have installed a Kodak Max, 7.2 Kw inverter and has been working well for 3 months. It has just started showing 0 on AC in and yet Mains is there. I have tested on the terminals inside the inverter and i am getting 230v and still not showing mains on the display and it continues working in Battery Mode. Any fix on this problem?

Hie guys....hope everyone is OK. I'm doing a quotation for a workshop that works during the day only. So I am looking for an inverter that works with panels only and no battery or Eskom. The workshop is offgrid so the client wants the system to work during the day only ie direct from panels and no batteries. Which inverter brand works best with solar panels and no batteries or Eskom. Hi all, I recently purchased a RENTECH branded VM-3000 24V 3KVa inverter and also a 200AH 24V LiFePO4 rack mounted battery. I also purchased a 125A battery disconnect, because that's what every one said I also required. My use of this system is purely as a big UPS. There is no Solar (Yet) and I'm using Eskom to provide load and to charge when low. So I installed everything into a small moveable Rack (Audio type 19" Rack) - works just perfectly. On the RENTECH website there was no real documentation and the sales at Rentech are the same. I did find a rentech setup document on another providers website - Wierd!!! Hi, thanks for the registration. Recently bought a Kodak King Inverter and connected it to 2 x Jinko 465W panels as a start (the Inverter needs between 60V and 115V and with the 2 panels we are around +-100V max). We have set the 01 settings to SUb (Solar first), however, the inverter does not use the available PV energy for the loads but uses the grid instead. The only way we can get it to use solar is when we manually switch off the mains or when the battery is being charged but when the battery is fully charged no PV is used for the loads. I have read the SUb setting from the manual probably around a 1000 times and it is clear the inverter is not working…

Recently I replaced my old pb batteries with LiFePo4. During comissioning I noticed a 0,3V voltage gap between my infini 10k's reading and the BMS. Measurement with a calibrated multimeter proofed that the inverter's reading is wrong. I know how to calibrate the battery voltage on the small infini's with PI16: Start/end calibration mode with "OEEPB" and use "BATV+01/BATV-01" for change. Disassambling the 10k firmware shows that BATV command seems to be implemented (must be e.g. ^P008BTVA+01 when sent to inv), but all my tests get "^0" as a reply (=>not implemented). Good Day All. Hope you are well. I have recently installed a solar system at home. I have 1 issues which I need assistance with. I have setup Work Mode 1 instructions for the inverter to discharge from the battery. Something concerning has happened. From 6pm to 9pm SOC must go fromm 100% to 65%. When using the SOLARMAN PV app I monitored the system and found that my house was consuming around 800W however the battery discharge was around 2kw which meant the surplus of 1.2kw was sent to the grid. i need my system to discharge = load requirements and nothing more. What do I need to do to rectify this? Thank you

M 6.0.0.9 / C E.4.1.C I have the following load: 2.8kW to load/UPS 5.4kW from PV - bright sunny midday 2.5kW into battery I then turn on a 3.6kW device and UPS load goes from 2.8kW to 6.4kW - this exceeds the 5.4kW solar capacity. What I expected was 6.4kW to load/UPS 5.4kW from PV - bright sunny midday ~1.0kW from battery What I observed is that the inverter is prioritizing battery over solar PV when the load exceeds PV. 6.4kW to load/UPS 1.7kW from PV (there is 5.4kW available) …

Morning all, I have recently installed a SunSynk 5.5 inverter with a LiFePo 5Kwh /100ah Freedom Won battery. I would just want to ensure I have the right configuration for the unit. Currently everything is running nominal, the CT is connected the BMS is communicating etc. Would I still need to set settings manually for the battery if the BMS is communicating? Hi All I'm new to solar. I have a Growatt SPF5000ES inverter with a Greenrich 3.68 kWh battery and a 3.2 kW PV array. The battery will only work in User mode in setting 5. If I follow the instructions on the Elleyhill website to the letter, selecting Li in setting 5 and LI01 in setting 36 with the comm cable connected between both RS485 ports (on inverter and battery) and dip switch on battery as 1000, it registers a fault 20 (BMS communication error) and disconnects the supply to the load. Any help would be appreciated.

I have installed Growatt SPF 500SE, and is connected as follows 1. AC input is taken from the Main CB before the Earth Leakage, connect via double pole CB to the inveter. 2. AC output from inveter to Essential Load is connected via Earth Leakage. 3. The DB Neutral is splitted into Essential and Non Essential load. 4. The Earth goes to the inveter and return to the DB. Meaning I have common Earth bar. The earth leakage on the Utility side is tripping. Initially it was the sytem was working well. Hi The event log in the watchpower program, does it only work whilst the program is running with a computer, or will it pull in events stored on the hybrid inverter when the program is started? It is just I can not see any events when running the program. Thanks
