Verification of Compliance Certificate of SMD Lynx 5000-48 required. Can anybody assist?

Hi all, I have recently installed a hybrid 10 Kva system at my home. Grid connected. 24 X 330W solar panels( 12 per inverter) 2 X Axpert 5KVA MKS Inverters ( Parallel connected) 2 X 4.8 Kw 48v batteries parallel connected. When the supplier installed the system it was working, but it was clowdy/ raining. A few days later, in the morning, on full sunlight the mppt chargers was working fine until the voltage from the panels went over 115 Volts. Hi, I had my system installed 3 weeks ago and have noticed that there is a 113watt difference in what the battery is supplying and what the actual load is. The battery is supplying more power than what the load needs, is this what the inverter uses to run ? Also, I have a 8.8kw sunsynk inverter 18 x 460w Canadian solar panels 3 x 6,4kw BSL batteries on my system. Can I add more batteries? Hope I'm making sense 🤪

I have a 24V setup with a RCT Axpert 3kv inverter, I have recently attached solar leads to test a panel array. After removing the solar array and wires ime still getting a 10W charge reading from "solar" and also reading a pv_input_voltage of 19.5 v Has anyone seen this before, how can i resolve this?

Hello, im new to this community and i've been reading the forum for a time now, but haven't found answer for my problem. It's a bit hard to explain, but i'll try my best. I have a infinisolar 10k connected to a few solar panels, to the grid and to batteries. I have the settings configured to the images im attaching. My problem is, the grid is still charging the batteries, when it shouldnt. It's consuming 1.5A per phase, when without batteries, it consumes 0.5A per phase. What am i doing wrong here? I know this cable works as I’ve previously used it with a Kodak OG-Plus 5.6 inverter to the same battery. Please advise, I have a Axpert 3KVA MKS with a 24 V 100Ah battery bank and 2 x 300 Watt Renesolar solar panels. For the setup I am using it it works fine. How will the inverter handle an aditional 300W solar panel as the total allowable wattage is 600w to get the batteries to full charge faster during winter times and during cloudy days in the summer.. Will the additional watts being waisted or will it be a better configuration to use an additional solar regulator. please advise

Hi all, I am getting battery voltage spikes on my inverter jumping to 100v (error 03 kicks in) then error 57 (current sensor failed), after I power it down and disconnect batteries and put it back up, it works again but is happening consistently every second morning. (This morning all the settings got reset to default) I am running the axpert into 100a fuses then into 4x12v 200ah gel batteries, 9x375w panels into combiner box then into the inverter, running offgrid. Hi All I decided to switch my time of use off from 14:45 to boost charge my battery from the gird in anticipation of stage 4 load shedding. The weird thing is my load power value dipped down to zero 4 times during this period which is impossible as my base load at that time is minimum 600w? Any ideas?

I installed the AM2 battery with a Kodak King inverter. The grey comms cable supplied by Hubble is connected to the battery CAN port, and to the battery port on the inverter. How do I check that the two are indeed talking?

Hi, I have the Growatt inverter and Pylontech battery connected to PV array. The battery is charging but I can't get the BMS working, when setting program 5 to L1 and 36 to LO2 I get error 20 and 04. When I change program 5 to US2 the error disappears and L1 flashers on Screen next to battery icon, how to know if BMS is working.Thank you

We've been having rolling blackouts lately in Pakistan. Since last evening, the InfiniPlus 10KW inverter isn't going to Grid Mode (stays in Battery Mode), initially I thought it was grid frequency issue but after several hours, checked the inverter and it was flashing Warning code 9. From infini manual: warning 9 = Line phase loss = The phase of grid is not in right sequence. Does the warning basically mean that line phases from the grid are not in correct order? Is this 100% a grid issue? Hi, Hoping someone here can assist me. I have a Growatt SPF 5000es Inverter with 5.12kw Li Battery + 8 x 450w Panels. I have Setting 1 set on SUb as I would like my system to utilise Solar -> Utility -> Battery. It uses mostly solar until battery is charged to 100% and then prioritizes Utility and only uses 22w from Solar. Does anyone have a solution? I am not sure if I am using the latest/correct firmware. Hi All. I have changed to a Sunsynk 5kw inverter and coming from the Growatt 5000es, I need help with the settings. Here is what I would like to happen. I want to charge up the 2x ulra engery Li 4800 batteries with the 4x540w mono and 6x450w Poly panels. With the growatt, this worked out pretty ok, but I felt something was still set and on the advice of many, I got the Sunsynk. How do I set this to use the least power from the grid. I want Eskom to be the last resort. I have also gotten used to the settings on the growatt, but this now is all new to me. HELP guys.

good day all your clever people. I got a Axpert king inverter (5kWa) with panels working for years now. Upgraded to Pylontech batteries and now i am experiencing problems where my PV switch off once my battery hits 100%. i then manually needs to go and disconnect my strings and re-connect to get my PV going. I heard that it might be a problem with the firmware. currently running 71.50 firmware and looking for 71.94 or greater. anyone know where i can find this and if this will resolve my problem?

Hey all I am in te proscsess of making sure I have all the correct wiring before fixing some issues with my setup. I have to older axpert 5kv inverters and working on the ac output from the inverter to the new DB. My El is rated for 63a, does this mean I am required to use a 63a rating cable into the sub db from the inverter out even if the interter wil not be able to output 63a.

Very much a noob to this and I’m quite clueless when it comes to working with these inverter but I’m slowly learning. Is it possible to install a time delay relay on an inverter circuit where the inverter is being used as a UPS - no solar? The circuits draw too much power when the inverter kicks in at load shedding or a power failure so I want to set them to delay turning on until the inverter has stabilised after switch over. Is this possible? I'm running 2 x Axpert 5kVa/4kw inverters with 48V 400ah total battery bank (8 x 12V 200Ah Gel batteries - 2 banks of 4 in series then both banks connected in parallel), Any feedback is much appreciated.

Hi all, I have created a PR for the NUT project at https://networkupstools.org to provide initial support for the Mecer Axpert inverters that use the P30 protocol. https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/pull/1407 The driver queries (almost) all the metrics provided by the inverter. I have not yet enabled any of the code that makes changes to the config of the inverter, as the machines I am able to test on are themselves powered by the inverter I have access to (long story), so don't want to pull carpet out from underneath myself.
