Hi there I have 2 x 5kW Growatt inverters in parallel and 10 x 410W CS panels with 1 x 2.4kW & 1 x 3.5kW Pylontech batteries with the 3.5kW as master. Ihave sorted out the BMS communication error between the batteries and the inverters but only have on able to the master inverter (on the forum someone indicated that two are required), everything works fine at this stage. There is one hiccup however as soon as I plug in the communication cable between the two batteries an error is given. Have anyone else encountered this and if someone can advise me on why there has to be a communication cable to each inverter and what difference that will make?

has anybody had experience with the Sunsynk, was it good or bad, thinking of buying one

Good day guys, long time no see. Since I've "upgraded" my 5Kva Axpert to a 3Kva Victron Multiplus late 2018 I've only been lurking in the dark and watching forum posts from a distance. I have recently run into a problem though. I'm using a Multiplus 48/3000/35-50 with Venus GX. This is connected to 8 105Ah high cycle batteries which is never run down more than 90%SOC because then the load is taken over by a 8Kva Diesel generator. No solar, only used as UPS to power lights and other basic loads. Max power comes to about 1400W. All non essentials like pumps, AC, microwave, etc is connected directly to grid. I'm looking for suggestions/recommendations to replace my Synerji Hybrid. I have considered Victron, Goodwe and SunSynk but can't quite work out whether they can be set up the way that I want. I also do not want to change the solar panel configuration (2 x 72cell panels in series with 3 strings in parallel) giving me 1600W. I have dedicated power sockets to power all my comms, entertainment and fridges as well as feeding all my lighting (LED). The system is set up to run off solar/battery (SBU) but will switch to mains at 20% battery discharge (50V) if mains is available or run until cut-off if mains is not available. Hello, I bought the InfiniSolar E 5.5KW, and every 15 minutes it reports an error 06. In the manuals it says it is an overheating error. It seems to be a problem in Firmware because the fans turn and cool in the power on process, and after that they don work. Do you know where the new firmware is. When installing a Pylontech 3000 lifePO4 battery pairing with a Growatt SPF5000TL inverter the instructions are clear. for pylon US3000 battery，please set L02 in program 05-36-L02 setting for it. When this setup is complete and you go back scanning through the programs there is now much more than the 24 in the manual. I am trying to get the description/definition of the new additions that is not covered in the manual. Anybody that can help because Growatt is answering everything except my question.

Hi, Can anyone comment on the expected noise from the above inverter please. I have searched online and see comments ranging from silent to some noise. The issue is many of the comments refer to grid tied and they speak of noise when inverting. I am fully off grid so always on invert. We live in a tiny house so the inverter is in the house and not tucked away in a storeroom or garage. The usual sound is a slight "hum" for want of a better description. Hi All, I have a question about this inverter that bugs me. My system consists out of a single Axpert MKSii, a 3.5kW Pylontech battery and 7 x 285W (was 8 panels) panels. I purchased a second hand 1kW generator from a friend and connected it a few days ago. At some point in the near future I'd like to set up a hybrid grid connected system with minimal battery backup. I want to use minimal battery for purely backup/UPS to keep the costs down but what concerns me is that it seems that some hybrid inverters like Victron have a very high start up current which trips the BMS overcurrent protection on Pylontech's (and probably other lithium packs too). The Victron forums are scattered with comments like one needs a minimum of 3 x Pylontech US3000 batteries for a Multiplus II 48/5000 system in order to not trip the BMS overcurrent protection mechanism. Greetings At the rear of the inverter, there is a round button marked as circuit breaker. It seems to be pushed in, which makes me think it's "tripped". How do I reset it, unscrew it? Google isn't very forthcoming. Many thanks

Hi Everyone. I also have a Skyking 10000W which is battling to start. When I apply the battery power, the LCD lights up and gives you all the info and the inverter LED starts flashing but I get no output voltage. Every 20 or 30 seconds or so you hear the transformer buzz and the fans start spinning for 2 or 3 seconds and the it dies again. Testing the output with my multi-meter, when this happens the output voltage rises to about 200V and then goes dead. Now I have tested all the components on the inverter board and everything tests okay. Long story short, I eventually replaced every single IC on the DC / Control board. Good day, I am getting a error 57 on my RCT Axpert. I took the control board out as the repair manual suggested. I tested the current sense diodes etc.. But could not find anything wrong. The inverter still gives me error 57. Where can i buy a new control board? or do someone have a second hand one to sell? Thanks

Good day. Hope someone can give me advise, I've got a Axpert 5KVA inverter, with a 5.1Kwh Li-Ion Battery. The inverter runs 100% for about 6 days and then the solar side just stop charging, it show the PV sign but it does not give PV power. I just switch the inverter off and open my PV fuses and switch the inverter on again, then it runs again for about 6 days and then the problem is back. Any advise? Can it be a fault in the inverter?

Hi guys I need some assistance with the axpert settings for the Pylontech batteries. I have 2 x 5KVA inverters and 2 x Pylontech batteries. Batteries are a single feed to both inverters The challenge that I am facing is that both inverters show the battery voltage as 28% (50.5V - program 27??) I have the settings as follows: Program 2 = 50A Program 5 = USE Program 12 = 48V Program 13 = 51V Program 26 = 53.2V Program 27 = 50.5V Program 29 = 47.5V Any assistance will be much appreciated. We have been on our land for 3 years, built a hangar and installed a Goodwe 5048EM inverter, 12 x 275w panels and 4 x PylonTech US2000 Plus batteries (4 x 2.4kW - 50ah in parallel).
