Hi , I have a problem with my Vispra inverter, battery is fully charged but it is buzzing when I switch on without load. I also did some welding on the camper but did disconnect the vehicle battery. Was I supposed to disconnect or switch the solar unit off before welding. Could that cause damage to the inverter.√

Hi can any one point me in the right direction. I have 2 Acpert inverters master and slave .And 4 pylontech 3000 batteries my issue is the pylontechs are showing ( full row of green LEDs ) fully charged and the inverters are saying not fully charged and every morning l get a error 4 low voltage.when batteries are still showing nearly fully charged. I cant seem to get to the bottom of it Thanks in advance Steve

Do all modified sine-wave inverters have a high frequency buzzing noise or is it just the cheap ones. Secondly, do pure sine-wave inverters have the same issue. Want to get a 1000w inverter charger for the tv and dstv and playstation. Tried the Mustek/Mecer inverters the fan noise is fine with the new models but the buzzing high frequency noise is just to much for having the unit in the lounge.

I deal with Voltronic Axpert a lot but never used monitoring ( i even dont have a PC ) But now i have almost 800 big Lifepo4 cells in The Netherlands ( They are 60Ah and on sale by the way ) and i want to test capacity of them before selling. I have the old cheap version Voltronic KS 24V PWM 2.400W only USB A or B port on it If i find a PC and install software ( Watchpower i believe ) can i learn capacity from software after charge or discharge? @Coulomb

Please can anybody advice why the axpert inverter 5kw lcd screen does not come on , it a new installed inverter it connected to 4 x 200 ah agm batteries , when it is powered on the lcd screen is blank please advice

Hi I installed two inverter (Axbert_Mksii-5kva) in parallel operation mode, and I set the maximum charge current to 50 ampere and the maximum charge current from the utility to 30 ampere. My question: Will the charging current be the total current of two inverter (maximum charge current 50 + 50 ampere, maximum charge current from utility 30 + 30 ampere)?

Do I need the plastic tool meant for disconnecting MC4 connectors, or can it be by just using a screwdriver, can’t for the life of me figure out how to remove them

Hey guys, I have 400ah (48v) batteries installed on a 5kva Axpert King, but noticed my battery capacity dropping very fast. 2 and a half hours after sunset, with the batteries fully charged, it went over to Eskom. Hi all I have an issue with RCT 5Kva (Axpert)all 3 lights flashing every half second with clicking sound(relay) battery voltage 51v using only as UPS no solar connected input voltage normal but no output voltage, any help would be appreciated Regards Rob

Sunsynk shows Bond relay connected to ATS 240 I assume it is a positive and negative The Ats label on the sunsynk has three coupling points see photo It seems one must connect the 3rd and the 1st from the left is this correct ? 😟😕

I have recently bought and installed my first solar system. I have no on grid electricity and I live on a farm, so you can imagine my annoyance to come home at 5pm to empty batteries. I have started to notice that my Axpert King 5Kva drops the pv source (12x330W solar panels) and does not reconnect until I hard reset it(by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery packs). I am a novice in the field and would appreciate any help or suggestions to rectify the problem.

I have bought a deye 5kw pure sine wave with a Pylontech battery. I cannot find a timer setting to "use" the Pylontech at night without switching Municipality power off. Any experience? Will ICC software work to manipulate the inverter?

Hi all, i try to communicate through WatchPower with an Axpert MKS III, with no success. This inverter has the remote display, so i connect my 232 converter to the PC port available, Watch power does not work. hi my infinisolar 5kw plus is stuck on grid tied mode, i cant change it back to back-up mode, i tried both ICC and solarpower. is there any other way?

Whenever we have an Escom outage, my Goodwe EZmeter goes off because its powered from the essential side, so no lights etc. There are no readings available then for usage of battery as well. Is this the correct behavior? Surely the meter can be connected to the essential side so it works when the escom power is off?

Do I need to run ground wire from each connector strip GRID, GEN and LOAD back to the db ground or is it ok to run a wire from chassis ground back to the db ground

Please help. I have the above installed with 6 x 350w Canadian panels. I have the following query: My panels are two in and the three arrays in paralell. I dont seem to get more then 300W of power from the panels. They are facing north at a 16 degree slope on the roof. No shady spot on the roof. I want the the following to happen: (1) supple my load directly from the panels during the day (about 1.1kW) and charge the batteries. (2) Supply the house during the night (about 800w). If any of the two are lacking, go to mains. How do I upgrade the firmware? The User interface in not that great. What must I do, in terms of the settings?

One of my friends has a house with 3 phase eleectricity he has 10 panels and one 3kva victron inverter wants to put some plugs and lights on the inverter. does he need two inverters for the three phase or will one inverter work ? thanks

Hello Trust this message finds everyone well. I have a question. I have an InfiniSolar 10kva inverter + 8 x PylonTech batteries to make up 28kw. I have 24 x 410w Canadian solar panels on the roof charging these batteries each day. I am trying to setup my InfiniSolar so that if it drop to between 10% to 40% during the evening/early hours of the morning that it charges the batteries via the grid. The rest of the day I am happy for it to charge via the PV if the sun is available or via the Grid if I flick the circuit breaker on. What settings do I need to configure on the InfiniSolar for it to do this? Regards, Simon

System with MultiplusII / 5000 / 48 GX LiFePo batteries. I want to install a second smaller inverter to run small essential loads, so that the 5 Kw inverter can be switched off to reduce overnight load on the battery. I have found the search mode is problemmatic because very small loads such as router, and sprinkler system that needs 230 v to be present, but only uses a few watts, is not enough to start the large inverter. The Multi uses 720 watt hours to run 24 for hours. What is the best option for an 800 watt or 1200 watt inverter, and what is the best way to control that ? Ideally, the small inverter would power the loads from the same battery pack, …
