i have installed growatt inverter 5kva and 6 lithium ion polyntech battery 3000C. when this battery reached fully charge inverter cut off power. anybody know what could be the problem. regards patrick

Good Day, @Coulomb , I need your assistance again please. I have just installed 1 x Kodak OG-Plus 5.48 (King) 5Kva Inverter and connected to 4 x Lithium batteries in series (48V). The batteries are GEN2 LiFePO4 (LFP) Lithium 12.8V 230Ah Batteries. There are no solar panels connected to the inverter, just the grid and batteries & loads. The system is basically for backup only should the grid fail. The issue I am faced with at present is that the lights flicker when the inverter takes load, i.e coffee machine or hair drier starts up. Hi, I have 2 Growatt 5kw SPF5000TL inverters. I tried to perform the firmware update. The 1st firmware update was successful, but the 2nd file failed & beeps with running led. Can someone help me restore the original firmware? My main issue with my system is that the max charge in stand alone mode is 60A. But when in parallel mode the max charge is 30A. Growatt technical suggested upgrading the firmware which has left me with an inverter which simply has failed... Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Guys I have a Sunsynk 8kw Inverter, 24 x JA 455w panels in 2 strings of 2P6S format in an East/West configuration 24 x 455 = 10 920W Max DC Power according to the spec sheet I have is 10,400W. I doubt very much I will get over that due to my North/South Split. Maximum Voltage/Amperage according to the spec is 500V & 18A+18A which equates to 9kw per MPPT or 18kw in total. I was thinking of adding another 8 x 455w panels to my setup as I am within the MPPT's range which would take me to 14 560W which is WELL over the max DC input power. Any other suggestions? Hi everyone, I bought a growatt inverter spf 5000 es, and 3 x 3.3kw c1 lithium ion batteries, the battery connection cables have terminal plugs on 1 x side and plug type on the other side, which plugs in to the battery, can any body please help with the connection from battery to fuse box and inverter, any help will be very welcome. Greetings, I came across this post touching on Hoymiles microinverter wireless export management using an Efergy transmitter (FSEMTS), CT sensor (FSEMMS) and DTU (FBIADTUEL). Where as I can get Efergy sub-metering kit (transmitter & CT) online, Hoymiles China does not manufacture FBIADTUEL DTU. Their DTU-Pro (WiFi) talks to Chint meter DDSU666 via RS485. With respect to FBIADTUEL DTU, is it a South African only product or a discontinued Hoymiles DTU? Thanks.

I would like to start with the battery - I want to use 1 or 2 Pylontech US2000B/US3000 batteries. I have had it with lead acid batteries. I need a smallish sine wave inverter of say 1 to 2kW that would have a MPPT input for future use. Backup power only. Obviously compatible with the Pylontech without any fancy interfaces. Hi, I connected my laptop using the correct serial port and started to update the inverter. I might have done the upgrade not in the right sequence. I updated the remote panel to 02.66, then when i wanted to update the firmware, the tool failed at step 1, cannot open comm. My LCD display is dead now, no lights or any values displayed, i assume the display cannot talk to the inverter due to the version mismatch ? Will i be able to recover from his point?

Hi Everyone I have a Full Circle Solar FCS-MKS-II-5KW inverter that permanently tells me that the batteries are charging off the PV, the charging light flashes, and the fans run at full speed all the time. With no panels connected... Hmmmm... I even removed the MPPT. Still the same. I know it's the control board as I put another in and it works fine. I would like to reload the firmware on the original in case that is the problem. I tried the supplier. Useless... Lets not go there... I've never done a reflash. I don't know if this has been posted here before but I noticed that once I connected and registered my Axpert MAX wifi and I can access it on watch power, it is also registered and data is captured on a website http://shinemonitor.com/ You can login with the same username and login. There is a lot of your system/inverter data there and all your historical inverter/solar data. Not everything on the site works but I haven't configured all the inputs. Also, before you login there is a link to a Andriod App you can download on the top of the page. The app looks like it has Push messaging available but I haven't tested it yet. Hope this helps some…

Hi All I just had a 5kw backup system installed in my garage. The system will run when eskom is on load shedding only as I only have a 5kw Deye hybrid inverter and a 5kw Freedom Won battery on my system. I'll do solar panels later on. The issue I have now is that it comes up with F34 AC overload faults when I have more than 5kw on the eskom load, which it shouldn't cause I mean I'm on the grid and the backup is only for backup, and at that point I won't have the oven, kettle, fridge, Geyser etc all running. My thoughts are that the config isn't correct or something that the inverter of throwing fault when it's technically not in use? Any help …

I have a remote display for my 4KW Axpert next to my DB in the house that worked for a few years but I now unplugged the display and installed a PI at inverter and my inverter only have 1 x RJ11 port where the PI is now plugged in. Is there a solution to get the remote display and PI working on the same port? I miss my display in the house.

My Sunsynk 5kW arrived today. This will be paired with a single Hubble AM2 to give whole house backup for load shedding. Will add solar sometime in the future. MY PROBLEM At times my MPPT (SolarCharger) stops with the battery discharging and the sun is blazing. I suspect this occurs after the battery had reached 100% SOC but only sometimes. I recently upgraded from my axpert 5kw to the new axpert / synapse 7.2+. ive connected the WiFi module that comes build into the 7.2. my question is how to get WatchPower app or different to send me a email when power changes etc. before I used a laptop and usb permanently connected with WatchPower program running … however these inverters have built in WiFi but I don’t see any place to configure … is there other software I could Connect
